Facilities at Re-creation Sunbury
In June 2006 we commenced a full refurbishment of the facilities including an upgrade of the pool area, new change rooms, an updated reception area and a modern member’s lounge area, new gymnasium fully equipped with weights, the latest cardio theatre and enlarged fitness studio.
Gymnasium - The gym contains a comprehensive range of strength machines and free weights designed to enhance your workout.
Cardio Area - Just arrived – new treadmills, cross trainers, steppers and bikes. Enjoy watching TV as you exercise on top quality fitness machines. Best of all we have No Time Limits so you can workout for as long as you like without being asked to hop off.
Spin Room - It’s the talk of the town! Our amazing psychodelic spin room with fluorescent lights and skyline murals on the wall. With 35 spin bikes and fantastic motivating music you will ride the fast calorie burner and shed unwanted kilos – great weight loss program.
Fitness Studio -
Our fitness studio is host to a variety of fantastic and fun filled classes for all ages and fitness levels. Fully equipped studio offering relaxation classes, low impact classes to high impact energetic classes to group fitness activities. Click here for our timetable
Pool -
Aqua Aerobics and a children’s swim school operate in the heated pool area. There is a comfortable parent’s viewing area and change rooms with hot showers.
Spa, Infrared Sauna -The heated spa and infrared sauna offers our members many health and therapeutic benefits ranging from relaxation to detox to remedial.
