Class Descriptions

 

FIGHTING FIT

A dynamic circuit style boxing class, suitable for all fitness levels

 

SP!N

A group cycle class with a cross training effect.  Ride the calorie burner for fitness and fun.

 

STEP

A fun, challenging step class with great moves, interesting combinations and routines on the original step platform

 

T.H.T.

A class specifically designed to target those areas that may need a bit more work, Targeting abdominals and lower body, not just for the ladies, gentlemen a 6 pack is not out of the equation.

 

WATER AERO

A great cardio vascular aerobic workout in the water, low impact

 

QUICK FIT

Quick Fit is an excellent 30 minute way to improve strength and stamina. A class set to music including cardio and strength equipment.

 

ENRGize

Emergize is a high energy cross training adrenaline filled workout incorporating a range of activities from all types of classes Take the early morning challenge. Join this class to kick start your day &  the week ahead.

 

ZUMBA

Zumba is a Latin-inspired, dance fitness class designed for cardio and muscle toning and is an exciting fun way to sculpt n tone the body

 

 

 

Bodypump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

 

BodyBalance Is a Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
